Holiday has been writing curriculum, facilitating trainings and workshops, speaking on panels, and presenting key note speaking engagements for nearly two decades. Over the years he has trained hundreds of social workers, medical personnel, and other service providers on best practices when working with LGBT people. As well, he has a variety of workshops for community members around the topics of transgender advocacy, resilience and wellness, Black and Native American healing and power-building, two-spirit visibility, and more.
